Veronica has spent 18 years in somatics, working at the intersection of the body, the nervous system, and its inherent capacity for healing.
Her own recovery from CPTSD became the catalyst for this work. When she entered the field, she found that nearly all of the research behind trauma resolution, nervous system education, and anatomy was based on the male body. So she carved out her own path — one actually inclusive of her physiology — and built a methodology of her own. That methodology became Soma School, and eventually, Waking Womb: a practice built from the ground up to include the female nervous system in somatics.
Hundreds of practitioners from around the world have completed Soma School and now bring this work into somatic therapy, trauma resolution, coaching, talk therapy, physical therapy, and more.
